You want to be sure the data center for the web host is not located in an earthquake or hurricane zone. You want to make sure it’s not in an area that is prone to having natural disasters. This may be obvious, but sometimes people don’t even take the time to see where the web host is located. Also the closer the servers are to your country, the better. If the server is far away from your country the service may still be good, however data transfer might be slowed down.
