I've had a website (a fanfiction archive) on Aplus for a few years now and have found Aplus very satisfactory. They're very reasonably & competitively priced, especially the personal & business tiers, which are the lower bracket offerings.
Mine is a business tier. It has so many features I don't even know what some of them are! Anyway, for what I'm doing, it's pretty easy to use; you have your choice of a UNIX based server (slightly less expensive) or a Windows 2008-based server (usually has a few more options). I've never had any problems with my UNIX-based site - it's speedy, always there, we've never gone over our limit, all the email address work right - and it was all very easy to set up! There are lots of options if you run into problems, though experimenting & consulting their data base (FAQ) has been all I've needed. We're set up so that billing & domain name renewal are all timely & automatic.
In short, Aplus is awesome & I intend to stay with them for the foreseeable future, even if we expand, because I think Aplus could accommodate that easily!
