    We are previous customers of GoDaddy. They also registered our domain site for us. We were happy with the customer service that they provided. When we had questions, or needed to make changes with them to our hosting, we always had excellent customer service.

    Their customer service was very knowledgeable. You cannot say that about most companies. GoDaddy has low competitive rates for hosting a domain site on their servers.

    The only negative I could find with them is that it was difficult to understand their navigation in the "your account" area. We would use their service again.

    GoDaddy is the best website for hosting a personal webpage or a small website. GoDaddy hosting plans includes website statistics tools that help me review the performance of my webpage.

    GoDaddy customer care service is excellent. The response to the user queries is very fast. It helps the beginners like me to easily set up their site including advanced features by paying a reasonable fee. For the professionals GoDaddy is the best hosting site.

    I've used GoDaddy for a little over 2 years and have been quite happy with the service. I've only had to use support a couple of times but each time was relatively brief and painless. Getting setup for the first time could be a little easier. Hopefully they have added some further documentation since I first enrolled.

    Uptime has been fine - obviously 100% would be ideal, but compared to the horror stories I've heard and witnessed amongst my peers, I'm content. I do not plan to change providers anytime soon.

    I have used GoDaddy's hosting service for about one year and have been happy with their service for the most part. We also use GoDaddy for our domain name registration.

    If you plan to use their website tonight feature, be forewarned that it is not as easy as it looks and it certainly takes more than one night to get your website up and running!

    Their customer support leaves a bit to be desired in terms of quickly solving problems. I believe the price is reasonable and the end product is great, but the service and time it takes to get started on certain products could definitely be better.

    According to me Godaddy provides the best hosting plans and provides much more then just hosting. The Hosting plan provides you a domain name and lots and lots of features. Godaddy provides top class security, great back up and excellent servers.

    The hosting plan also provides you with the statistics feature using which i can monitor the performance of my website. The customer support is just incredible and support representative can be contacted by email or phone at all times.

    For me godaddy provides the best hosting plans.

    I had bought the economy plan for this website of my old college last year. It cost me around 60 USD. The best advantage it offered was a domain name for only 3 USD for 1 year!.

    The overall experience with the GoDaddy was good in terms of fast processing. Initially I was not able to manage my domain somehow due to some error. In just 4 hours they changed their server settings and made sure my site was online again. The uptime I feel is around 99% and more. Technically their customer support is very knowledgeable and so they can solve your probs quite in detail. One of my technology friends had his company site on it which uses SSL and database which worked flawlessly.

    However, since I was on a tight budget, later I went on for a cheaper webhosting provider. Now it is on www.net4.in which gave me local India hosting, which may not be as fast as Godaddy but was cheap at 12 USD/annum for 50MB space.

    However, I do miss GoDaddy's features, ease and quality. But hey its much difference in price. but if you want a webhosting provider with more space and features, Godaddy is for you.

    I would also recommend use of BlueHost. However, me and my colleagues experience would discourage use of Yahoo! and Lunarpages. Hope I would have been of help..

    I have hosted approximately 5 websites with godaddy.com. I have found their site to be very user friendly.

    I did need some help at first because some of the terminology was new to me. I called their customer service and received excellent and fast help.

    I have regretted using other hosts. I will always use godaddy.com for future websites. The price is so low I cannot even believe it. It is even lower if you combine services. I give godaddy.com a big thumbs up.

    This was my first experience with GoDaddy, and just like the commercials that you may have seen for it the site gets people there! I never had any problems with the site (and I do not know a ton about techy stuff).

    At first it was a little difficult for me to navigate how to set everything up but compared to other sites that I have looked at GoDaddy is very simplified.

    I would definitely tell you to check it out...and it is very competitive in pricing

    Everyone knows that GoDaddy has been around for years, and I'll tell you why.

    It's because they have excellent services and unlike some of my previous hosts, GoDaddy stands behind their services and delivers near perfect service. I never had any issues with my GoDaddy hosted site.

    The prices are outrageously low as well. And Support Team is actually helpful as opposed to all the other hosts I've used.

    I had set up a website for an organization I'm a member of, but we decided to cancel shortly after. GoDaddy provided an extremely easy to utilize web builder and their billing and set-up fees were reasonable and straight forward.

    When we decided to cancel, I had to call in to their customer support center. The person that answered the phone was courteous and handled my issues promptly and without any hassle.

    I would recommend and use GoDaddy again if I needed an easy to use website builder and hosting service.

    Godaddy has the absolute worst IMAP reliability. Every month or two the IMAP servers just slow to a crawl and you get messages like this from outlook,

    " Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for Island Park Self Storage.' reported error (0x800CCC0F) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for Island Park Self Storage. Error: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'"

    They are pathetic.

    These other people who claim that GoDaddy is great for IMAP most likely do not really use it.

    It has serious problems.
