I have a friend who used Ipower a couple of years back. He actually stopped using Ipower when he started his own web services. I was personally using a different host then and my friend wouldn't stop asking me over to switch to Ipower.
We had to take time out to compare the two hosts. When we were through, I actually discovered that my friend was actually right.
Ipower is excellent. This is the host to stick with especially if you have a big website. Here you can get all the web space you ever wanted.
Ipower is the bomb!

IPOWER was all in all a decent web hosting company. The uptime was fantastic, never had an issue with my site being down.
However, their customer support was very limited in my case. I asked for help with some FTP issues (on their end), and their support system took over 48 hours to get back with me, compared to a mere couple of hours with an alternate hosting provider. That was really the only issue I had with them, however. I also used them to register domains through, which was a pleasant experience as well.
