The best thing I can say about Jumpline is that I never experienced any downtime for my site. As uptime is arguably the most important statistic for any website, I was pleased with Jumpline webhosting.
I rated the support at 3 stars only because I didn't have to use the support much so I can't really speak to that.
Although I guess it speaks volumes on the quality and consistency of the service that I never had to get involved with the support staff.
I also never had any issues with the features available to me.
